Took about a month for them to email me an online test. Once I completed the test, it took about a day for a recruiter to call me. about 2 business days later I was called for an interview in front of a panel.

After submitting applications, I eventually received a call back and was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. I was given the option of which department I wanted to work with. They were quite nice and just be prepared for the typical interview questions and be yourself. Emphasis on team work and customer service is a plus. I got lucky I didn't have to do a panel interview.
