Regular, normal one on one. There is a parking lot for visitors there and you must check that you are in the correct place. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes earlier because I was almost late.
Simple, but thought provoking. It’s in person and there are two people interviewing you, one was online and one was in the office. I got a tour of the office and it was quick

Interview
First interviewed with the Chief of Staff and then with the executive I’ll be supporting. Interviews were each 30 mins, very warm and conversational. Video calls. Equal time spent explaining the position as much as asking me about myself to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
