I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Corona, CA) in Sept 2008
Interview
I interviewed at their own clerical job fair. I had to wait in line to apply with me bringing my resume. When I got to the table, they looked at my resume and told me I was qualified for the member service rep. I waited about 20 minutes for the one on one interview, the recruiter just asked me easy general questions. The recruiter called about 2 weeks later and was offered the job pending health immunizations.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Denver, CO) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had to do an assessment then was invited to a virtual group interview where there were 2 interviewers and three other people interviewing as well. They asked us 3 different questions mostly about how we handle situations and what attendance means to us.
Easy going interview, however manager takes forever to get back to you so it had me worried. Ask basic questions and scenarios. Very long hiring process. But once you’re in you’re in.
