I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had multiple HR people call me/email me from Kabbage about a BI Developer position. All of them had the same story about being out of the office for a couple of days for some corporate 'bowling' thing or 'charity' event after I would talk to them. I think they are just trying to collect info. on salaries, ect. The recruiter used the word 'dude' multiple times during the interview. Seriously, whatever you are doing stop wasting people's time. I don't want to spend an hour of my life talking to you when I am looking for a job, when you are probably just using me for information. My base salary expectations are comparable to what I know people get paid with my skill set, a 'bonus' is not comparable after taxes. Maybe you should just interview recent college graduates who need the experience. I feel like you have wasted my time and do not appreciate your unprofessional game.

Question 1
There weren't any really just asking about your background
I applied online. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied on the company's website and was immediately contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone interview. Ten minutes before my phone interview was scheduled to begin, the recruiter texts me asking to reschedule. We reschedule for the following day. Same song and dance.. another text message from the recruiter asking to reschedule right before the 2nd attempt for a phone interview. Finally get a 3rd interview attempt scheduled (after I messaged the recruiter several times with no response), only to have the recruiter never call. I am shocked and disappointed in the lack of professionalism of their recruiting process. I was very interested in this company initially, but if this experience is any reflection of how the Company operates, I think I'll pass.
