Don't waste your time with this place – they'll waste it for you. The people were overall fine, as were their questions. But, they use offshore recruiters who don't respond half the time, so you're left wondering if your email simply went into the void until they reply three days later. Over the span of a month, I sat through six interviews followed by an unpaid skills test. Fun fact about these: when a prospective employer asks you to take one and doesn't compensate your time, they're passing their operating costs onto you while offering zero assurance that your work won't find its way into an actual product. That's particularly problematic because ideas don't get stolen – they get laundered. So imagine a whole month of these shenanigans during a job market super-bloom. By the time they got around to making an offer, it was too little, too late.
