The interview was very much geared not just towards grilling candidates, but making sure to find the right fit for the company and culture. They were very open and upfront about everything, and willing to discuss the business and job duties in detail.

Interview process is laid back and informative. It seemed that a lot of the conversations were geared determining a cultural fit as much as a career fit. First rounds with recruiter were very laid back and informative. This was followed by conversation with your future manager over the phone. This is followed by 2 in person interviews where you will get the chance to meet the employees and discuss the role in further detail.
