Very quick process. I emailed into their HR representative and had an interview the following week! Very comfortable process, not too intimidating. I met with the supervisor over my department as well as the CEO of the company

Interview
The interview consisted of a one on one with a sales lead. Basic questions about yourself and your work history. He did a very good job making the atmosphere comfortable and explaining the position. The second part consists of a shadowing session. Again, the sales employee was very informative and welcoming, however, during the shadowing a 3rd individual interrupted and requested that I come tour the distribution center. He stated he was sent by someone in management due to my background as a manufacturing supervisor. I reluctantly toured the DC and was asked if I'd be interested in a packing position. I declined the offer and was told another individual was being interviewed for the sales position, so my interview was over.
