KYOCHON USA interview questions

Very simple interview. Experience helps but most positions do not require any experience at all. I went in person to the store and asked for an application. After completing the application, I was right away interviewed. This was in the afternoon and the store looked slow. Hostess came back with a manager and we went upstairs to have an interview. Hiring manager was friendly, kept the interview short, and asked when I could start working. He was a great guy to work with. Started work right away and training was pretty thorough and co-workers were friendly

The interviewer directed you to a quite area in the restaurant before the store opens. The Interview was quite nice and relaxed. The interview lasted around 5 minutes. I was asked to fill out an application and I was called a couple days later about the job. The interview process wasn't difficult in my opinion.
