Hired over the phone after submiting my resume to client. Typical consulting company where you get projects from the clients. have clients all over the USA but predominltly in networking and SAP

Great...it was an easy process... was well prepared for it as experience does matter.....it was 30 min interview with 20 - 25 questions all were answered correctly. It was a phone and skype hier immediately as the interview was over.
