Interview
First, small talk was made. After questions about my CV and my knowledge of certain finance topics, a business case was provided to be solved. It was discussed in detail and more questions on my knowledge followed.
Doppio colloquio. Il primo conoscitivo e attitudinale, successivamente colloquio con manager/partner di livello tecnico riguardo la funzione che si andrà a svolgere. Colloquio tranquillo, senza particolari difficoltà e domande "scomode"

It was ok, practice would be good, felt like the process was structured well. Questions were not out of the ordinary either, I would have expected a lot of harder ones.
