Suelen hacer primero un Kahoot para posteriormente pasar a un minuto de presentación en castellano o inglés. Después una dinámica grupal donde se busca juego en equipo potenciar a tus compañeros y saber coger responsabilidad. Por último, dependiendo de los timings, o te hacen la entrevista el mismo día, o lo normal, en 1 día o 2 laborales te dicen que quieren que continúes con el proceso, sinó no te dice nada. Entonces pasas a una entrevista con gente del departamento y posteriormente con el socios o director.

First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
