However, The second-round interview, conducted by two Associate Directors, did not align with the expectations set by HR — I was told to expect a structured business case discussion, but instead, the session felt informal and lacked clear direction. The interviewers did not introduce themselves or explain the format of the session, which made it difficult to understand their expectations. There were also some professionalism concerns (e.g., late start, background noise), which impacted the experience.
