I applied on 23'rd November and completed all online tests by 27'th novemeber. Didnt get contacted about an interview date until the 4'th of january. I booked earliest possible interview date which was 22'nd january. 28'th january was told i had passed and that i would be contacted shortly with regards to a date of the partner interview. Contacted exactly 2 weeks later (11'th feb) saying all positions have been filled and that they would consider me for a position next year. I called them and was told i was only given an interview to be placed in a 'talent pool' and that they already knew all places would be filled before i was given the opportunity for a partner interview.
