I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG in Oct 2015
Interview
This started with an online application form, followed by an online situational judgment test, and then a numerical test both of which are relatively easy but need some basic preparation for. Then the telephone interview, assessment centre and final interview.

Question 1
Phone interview process for KPMG Graduate Scheme 2016 was pretty poor. Outsourced to someone who hadn't worked for KPMG, very slow going through questions, and the feedback they offered when they rejected seemed like it was meant for another candidate. This gave me a poorer overall view of the company.
Quite a quick process from application to offer. Completed the standard online assessments and was invited for interviews shortly after. The launchpad (assessment centre) was a bit overwhelming but everyone was so chill and there was a lot of time to talk to other candidates and current KPMG employees. I had my offer two working days later.
Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.
I got a phone call with an invite to the interview. It was in person in their offices. It was intense, quite short about 20 minutes, and I was asked more questions about academics/school than I expected.
