Applied online (cv, motivational letter and transcript). Was invited to a zoom interview (about 1h both motivational, personal and technical) and was notified the day after that I got the job.
Smooth sailing and engaging with management as well as HR, questions were more related to practical experience and also testing if you are the right fit. Just answer honestly and do your best for the interview.
