The interview requires reasonable understanding of the job duties and a clear expression of the motivation to apply for the job. Some understanding of the financial markets and finance industry is a big plus.

Three rounds of interview. Their is one aptitude test also which is moderate.first hr interview and then manager interview is taken and then aptitude test is taken. After passing aptitude test one last round of interview is conducted which is very easy.
