This was for an internship, and from the interview process I can understand that majority of what they asked were with regards to what I can offer, why kpmg , what are the reasons apart from enthusiasm and passion for the role. What do you see getting out of this experience. Why are you a better candidate than other departments.

Interview
Intro call with partner and subsequent calls with associate director and director. Limited HR involvement - overall a pleasant and straight forward process. HR was a little slow to provide contract

Interview
Two 30 minute interviews with a partner and a director. One gave full attention the entire time (director), other did not seem to care about the interview. Was beginning of Covid, done via skype.
