Very straightforward and quick. After submitting your application, if you're successful, they will send you an email to complete a video interview and psychometric test. The video interview only contains two questions. The psychometric test is timed and tests your verbal, numerical, and critical thinking abilities.

Why do you want to work for KPMG and your chosen division?

It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
