I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2010
Interview
The hiring process was done very professionally. They were on top of everything and I was always kept in the loop. The hiring manager was always respectful and made things easier on me throughout the whole process. The interviewers were very positive and the questions were reasonable. They were behavioral questions that centered around team work, dealing with conflicts in teams, working with people, etc. There were also questions about what progress the interviewee is making toward their career goals right now.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When you bring up past experiences in order to answer their behavioral questions, they will ask you more details about the situation and how you handled it and problems you may have encountered. They get a little specific so know how to highlight the key points and remember things you accomplished so you don't get trapped.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG in Aug 2021
Interview
Pretty basic Pymetrics test with a bunch of games. There was one with balloons that you had to inflate by clicking until they popped after a random number of clicks. It was meant to judge your risk-taking mentality, and other games operated in a similar fashion.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aforementioned balloon game. Another game where you had the choice to split a certain amount of your money with another player. A third game tested your ability to hit the space bar as fast as possible when a green dot appeared on the screen while refraining when a red dot appeared.

Interview
The staff were pretty quick reaching out to me. I had a great phone call with one of the senior managers and was called in for an in person interview. There I spoke to a director and partner and received an on site tour. I heard back a couple weeks later. All around very smooth interview process.
