The interview process was not too difficult. No case questions or anything like that. Mostly behavioral and situational questions. The people at KPMG all seemed friendly. The situational portion of the interview was similar to a role play. They would give you a scenario and then you would explain what to do in that situation.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
