Il processo si articola in tre fasi: 1) presentazione della società + test di contabilità ed inglese. 2) colloquio con HR e manager in cui vengono poste domande conoscitive, personali e tecniche. 3) colloquio con partner. quest'ultimo è un colloquio motivazionale.

1. Aptitude test - reasoning, audit, accounting behavioural
2. Human resources round - To test communication skills, background and other basic details
3.Technical - strong understanding of role and related technical questions
4. Partner

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, set up a virtual interview with 3 behavioral questions following STAR method. Second and final interview was in person with a manager and partner. The second interview felt even easier than the first, more of an opportunity for you to ask them questions. Overall, definitely the easiest interviews I've ever experienced, very relaxed and everyone involved was super friendly and welcoming!
