The first part of the interview was behavioral and the second part was by a data scientist and an engineer. I just had a phone screening before this interview to answer basic questions and to also set up the date for this interview.

(1st part) Why are you interested in this industry/company?
(2nd part) Brain teaser: If you have 100 marbles (Half of them red and half black) and you are given two jars to fill them. How would you fill the jars so that you can maximize the chances of someone picking a red marble when they randomly choose one of the two jars?

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
