Interview
Applied through Campus recruit.
Step 1 - Interviewed at Campus with a senior manager, got feedback from Career office the day after
Step 2- KPMG recruiter contacted me and let me know I made it to second round interview. Had to register online to provide info and resume again then schedule a time.
Step 3 - Interview at their Park/Lexington office. Two 1 to 1 interview in the morning. There will be a short (30 min) break between the interviews. The campus recruiter will be there to speak to you (do not know if it has anything to do with making the final decision). After the oral interview is over, some senior associate/manager will take you out for lunch. After lunch, you can just go.
Step 4 - Got offer a week and half later.

Relaxed with behavioral question focused, 2 30 min. interviews over video call. Had the typical tell me about yourself and all behavior or task focused questions to judge competency at the job.

Interview
It was easy and straightforward. No case stuff just behavioral in nature. Two rounds back to back, first was more laid back the second more serious. They put me at ease for sure.
Met with representatives of KPMG. They were quite interested in a casual discussion to get to know me better as a good fit personally with the company. Fairly quick 30 minute interview.
