we firstly started a bunch of group exercises, in which the group needs to reach an agreement of choices for each task. Don't be too aggressive! Then you need to complete a writing test, the time is pretty limited, it's better to prepare a format beforehand. The interview itself isn't very hard, the interviewer was mainly looking for how you understand the programme and industry. Other parts focusing on your personality etc.
Friendly interviewers, kind people, very informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Questions were strength based but interviewers made it easy to answer, it was like a conversation.

Online application of basic details
Online tests - situational, verbal, numerical; each lasting ~20 mins, available one at a time. Not hard but pressured for time.
Telephone interview 45 mins long
Assessment centre in London although applied for Bham office. 8am - 1pm, no lunch. Rejection email within one week with offer of feedback.
