I applied via the company website after the placed an ad in the structural engineering newsletter. They were constantly posting the ad. I followed up because I had heard nothing back. I received an email from the Principal of the San Francisco office, stating it was a computer glitch back in Feb 2018. He participated in age discrimination against experienced structural engineers because he stated via email the firm only hires young recent graduates, I believe the only reason the firm does this is so they can use these resumes to get works for themselves. I can only imagine how the employees are treated. I contacted the head office and was told to keep quiet about the bad interview process. Avoid this firm at all costs.
