KMG Prestige interview questions

I had a first in person interview back in December of 2020. I thought it had gone great, however I never received a phone call back. I sent multiple emails only to receive an email back over a month later saying I did not get it. I then recently got a phone call stating "they found my resume in a stack of papers" and again said how well my experience aligns with what they are looking for etc. I tried to call the person three times and instead they sent me a text saying they filled the position. Not sure what is with this hiring process, super disorganized and unprofessional that they refuse to call candidates back. Waste of my time.

A personality test and hard copy application are requested after submitting resume. The test takes about an hour. The processes in general was unstructured but the interviewer was friendly and easygoing.
