Initial group interview with no prior notification that this would be the case.
Took applicants through a presentation on the company, turned out to be a sales pitch on a pyramid scheme. All candidates (5) had applied for the same position yet they showed 3 separate potential salaries within the presentation at £25k, £50k and £75k with each being labelled as "OTE". I do not see how there could be 3 separate OTE earnings posted for a single position.
When questioned on this, the interviewer seemed incredibly dismissive in his response stating "we will answer this when we call you later"...... of course, the call never came, and any offer would have been politely declined.
Unless a multi-level management pyramid scheme is what you're looking for as a career, I'd approach with caution.

First interview was via zoom and was one to one. Second interview after passing first was a group interview with other candidates. Was informed of the role and the duties that would come with it.

Interview
Overall the interview process was smooth. It was a group interview with a very relaxing environment. There was a power point presentation on the company’s policies and the questions were displayed on a screen. Very appealing to the interviewees.
