There will be 4 rounds of interview for ideal candidate selection.
Round 1: Screening
Round 2: Aptitude Test
Round 3: Technical Test
Round 4: HR
After successful completion HR will sent you an offer letter along with a joining letter for the company.
Its typically three rounds, HR screening, Technical Round and Final Interview with leadership & Senior Management. All rounds have multiple parameters where they filter out and selection process is more difficult.

Interview
In my case there are three rounds of interviews, where the first interview is about technical round where they have asked me relevant questions related to my education and technologies. I got shortlisted to the second round where they tested my communication skills and also how I am able to understand a problem. Final interview was held where they've asked me about my personal questions and discussed on my academic projects.
