Interview was intense. They asked 15-20 questions and had a writen section that provided 5 application responses that was timed. This interview got me ready for an interviews afterwards. I received 4 offers for the following 4 interviews.

Interview
I had two interviews. The first to screen my overall experience and abilities for the position. The second was showcasing my ability to teach a lesson and provide in class feedback.
Applied online, had a phone screen, then email introduction to school leader. Then had video interview directly with school leader, followed by a visit to the school and demo lesson. After the demo, there was a lesson debrief, in-person interview questions, and time to see other classes. I appreciate longer processes like this because accepting is a huge committment and the up-close look is priceless.
