starts with Resume filtration followed by Telephonic round, if you get qualified then you will be invited for a Psychometric assessment which will take 2 hours results will be announced immediately, qualified candidates will be sent to Essay round and then one on one with HR & Team Manager

First round is GeNeX Prism - Psychometric test where you need to react to the scenario given in the test, by which they analyse the personality of the candidate
Essay round - they will give abstract essays to the candidate inorder to judge the creativity and thought process of the candidate
