Apply online, get an email back for the phone interview. If phone interview goes well and everything is good they call you in for an in person interview. Meet with a Kind representative. They ask simple questions just to feel out who you are, what your experience is... if you have the "kind" vibe. They call you a week or two later letting you know where you stand.
