I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at KIND (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2019

Interview

My phone interview lasted 6 minutes and was a brief description of the overall position (which i honestly didn't need to know due to the job description given in the application). A week went by and I haven't heard from the recruiter. Disappointed with the interview strategies at KIND and I hope they can improve by actually getting to know the person.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KIND

Interview

The Interview Process had 3 steps. There was an initial phone screen, a small case project, and a second round phone screen. The entire team at KIND was super easy to talk to and very enthusiastic about the role. It really was a great opportunity that made an impact on campus and for the brand.
