Interview
Internal recruitment team calls you to arrange a meeting with the department managers. They send information prior to the interview to help you. They have also started using anonymised CVs, to make the interview experience fairer.
For the role of DME, I went through one phone call round and then progressed to a face to face Teams call which lasted about 1 hour. The questions were around relevant experience and capacity to learn. Although I did not progress to further rounds, I was given feedback via phone call - highly appreciate this and would definitely interview again if a relevant position becomes available.
