      Sales Specialist Interview

      30 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at KI in Jul 2019

      Interview

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up a time for the initial conversation. It went very well. She said that she would love to set up a time for me to interview with the hiring manager at their location in theMart. I sent a follow up thank you email a few days later and got an out of office reply: She would be back after the weekend. I waited a week and sent a second email, mentioned next steps, etc... not even a reply saying “we’ve decided to go a different route” or something along those lines. Clearly an unprofessional move on this recruiters part and unexpected based on our conversation and how she had left it. Disappointed, but clearly recruited ghosting is happening a lot these days. So much for professional courtesy.

      Question 1

This was a sales based role. Intro questions were based on sales goals, CRM, data and experience. Be prepared to give some examples.
