The first interview was over the phone and the second interview was over the phone. I guess just basic questions. Nothing too shabby or weird. The process wasn't too scary.

I think basic questions. Maybe about the hours or going to an office to give identification I guess or training.
Smooth. Conducted by HR or a hiring manager, focusing on skills and experience.. Straightforward question but need to share more. Easy and not hard. Everything just connected by email. Once accepted, the onboarding process begins to integrate the new employee into the company.
