Interview
I had a pre-screen chat with an agency first, which was good because then I already new the basics before I met with the company.
My interview was with a manager and someone from HR.
The manager went through the day-to-day and HR went through the setup.
The first half was just me answering questions and then I got to ask whatever I wanted.

They asked if I understood and was happy with a bunch of things from the recruiter - the due diligence stuff - travel, long drives, using tools and knowing the basics of repairs etc.
