I was asked a lot of questions via an assessments, mostly on how ethics and being able to do the right thing. As well as ensuring my colleagues do the same

Very easy! Was nice and a good manager who answered all my questions so it put me and ease and made me understand the role better including my responsibilities and what I would get out of the job.
I know it's pretty chill I went in and they asked me questions. I did not get selected however but that could be because I don't have a lot of cooking experience
