Phone screening followed by an in person interview with a manager. Asking about prior experience and cooking skills. asked if i had prepared similar food before at other fast food places etc
Straightforward, ten minute process. They did not ask me too many questions. Basic get to know you, what type of hours are you looking for, when can you start sort of questions.
Told me what I knew about the company and asked me questions about customer service I such as what I would do if a customer was not happy with there meal

What would you do if a customer was dissatisfied with there meal
Extremely short and to the point, they were mostly concerned when I could start work, what hours I was available and whether I had relevant right to work documentation. Less of an interview and more of an introduction.
