Applied online. A manager left me a voicemail to set up an interview. Called her back several times, without a response, and had to end up going to KFC to schedule an interview.
The next day I came in at 3pm, waited almost 25 minutes for an assistant manager and a manager to finally start. They were very unprepared and didn't bring any information/questions with them. They mainly asked about my availability and bad-mouthed the previous store manager. At the end the manager said he'd call me by the end of the day to tell me whether or not I'd gotten the job. He never did. I called the next day, and was given the run around by an employee.
All in all, a big waste of time. Also, the most unprofessional people I've encountered.
It’s was a great experience and they were very nice and allowed me to answer their questions fully. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the store. Everyone was polite and the drive thru experience was pleasant after the interview.
Simple, did one interview and was offered role. Staff were friendly and asked competency questions (what would you do if customer did x etc).
Took about a week to hear back.
good. what a lovely interview process from start to finish. I did not attend in person. over the phone was the interview process from start to finish. I'm just trying to meet the word minimum
