KFC Innovation Operations Manager interview questions

Probably one of the quickest and most efficient interview processes I've ever encountered! It started with a short and casual phone screen to the hiring manager, then a 1-hour interview with the director. A weekend later I was informed I proceeded to the next and final round, which is a 15-minute case study presentation (max. 3 slides, which I thought was very reasonable) with the hiring manager and COO, then 30 minutes for the COO to ask questions, and the last 10-15 minutes was reserved for my questions. What I loved about the interview process was that at every stage, every individual made me feel extremely welcome and prepared. Between each stage, the talent acquisition team also ensured I knew what was coming up next and sent me lots of useful info.
