Submitted my resume and cover letter in person. In-person interview that asked about my general background and experience. Interviewed by two of the campus directors and was extremely friendly. Not technical.

Easy, in-person, you show up at the office and they ask you a few questions and test your handshake and there are 2 advisors who interview you and it's pretty chill
