      Brand Designer Interview

      9 Apr 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at KCLSU

      Interview

The interview occurred in person at their office with three key members of the team the role would be working with. It started with a 10-minute presentation showcasing my portfolio and projects. The interviewers were friendly and polite, asking questions regarding previous experience, technical abilities, and expectations, making for an easy conversation all around. However, despite mention of providing an outcome post-interview, I haven't received any communication. I reached out to their HR team to kindly request an update, but I still received no response, which I find unprofessional. I believe it's common courtesy and professionalism to inform candidates of the status of their application, especially following a face-to-face interview.
