Very easy to speak to Interviewers who were interested in finding out My knowledge of the Company, the Role applied for and what I could offer the Company. They are quite eager to Employ local residents of the surrounding area and Support the local community.

Previous Employment experience and ability to integrate into new roll
Screening phone call --> general motivation + brief technical questions
Skype interview --> 2 metallurgists + HR asking general behavioural questions
Seemed like nice people, questions were pretty generic and all behavioural questions as far as I remember
