It was a two stage interview:
-Phone interview: First by HR then a 1 hour job related talk
-In person interview: 6 hour interview in four 1.5 hour stages with different company sections related to the final position.
The interviewers were very fair and did not expect to be a complete insider to the industry, honest answers set the expectations correctly. They are also very open to your questions and try to answer them in a fair manner without disclosing internal company information. I thing judging the quality of the interviewers should be taken seriously as these are the people you are going to work with of you take/get the job.
