Interview
Very behavioral, looking more for culture fit. Ask lots of questions. They want someone who is willing to learn. Be very personable and friendly. Show that you not only have a strong interest in commercial real estate but an understanding of the importance of CMBS ratings.
The first round was an HR call discussing personal questions and the job role. The interview is friendly and focuses on personal experiences, but be sure to ask questions about the role.
I went through 1 round of HR interview and second round of team interview. There are 6 people who consisted of 4 groups interviewing me in the team interview. I felt my answers were good during the second round, but I didn't get the follow-up email.
