Clear communication on who I would be speaking to and what the next steps would be throughout the interview process. Unfortunately, I did not get an offer but I felt like the overall interview process was well organized.

This was for a maternity leave cover so of course, the main question was if I would be ok with knowing this was a temporary position and that I wouldn't be guaranteed a position afterwards.
