Applied online and then got called for a Zoom interview. Was told the interview would only be me but it ended up being a group interview. It was a very strange process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KAT Executives (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
It is a pyramid scheme seriously DO NOT accept their offer. They barely asked me about my resume, told me nothing about the job, and then offered me a second interview. Thought it was sketchy but maybe I was a good applicant - no. I arrived for the second "interview" where I was lectured about all the benefits of joining KAT executives and that my pay is commission-based. They do "face-to-face" marketing aka you stand around in a wholesale store like COSTCO and get random customers to try and buy their client's products. If you're a student trying to get some real marketing experience DO NOT work here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing. Literally Nothing. The guy was 20 minutes late for my interview because of "traffic" but little does he know I came from the exact same area and there wasn't any traffic. The man was just late and coming up with excuses.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KAT Executives (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2020
Interview
The interview process was very fast and rushed. Only 3 days. Not much about them when you look them up other than their website. Sketchy. Interviews were quick. Decision-making was very quick. No credible linked in account.
