Phone interview followed by a 20-minute in-person interview with the sales manager at the location. Strong discussion around experience and expectations, professional environment, and clear communication. I was offered the position on the spot.
Mike was awesome and onboarding was thorough. There was a preliminary call that was quick and efficient and they didn't make me wait too long before letting me know whether or not I was hired.

Question 1
What was some of my sales history I thought might translate to this current position.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at K-Designers (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
They contacted me via email showing interest after viewing my resume and we set up an interview online. I was scheduled for 10 a.m. Once in the online meeting I was put in a queue with 4 other candidates evidently. It also seemed as if I was now just going to be watching some kind of informational video. I waited for over 15 minutes but while doing so, looked up their reviews. NOT GOOD. So I removed myself from the call and offered their requested feedback. Everyone's time is valuable and if it was going to be a group meeting that should have been made known. If I was going possibly wait for 15-20 minutes for a scheduled 30 minute "interview" that should have been known. Lesson learned. Always research a company prior to putting efforts into applying for a position with them.
