First round aptitude- Not too hard Second round GD- 30 minutes group discussion on a topic given by the interview. They only need to check you communication skills, so no big deal, you just have to speak up. Third Round- Online Face to Face Interview This is the round where one on one interview begins and they ask about your experience and why you moved to business role from tech background. They asked why should they hire me. Why would i consider myself a better pick than my peers? And some more behavioural questions like that!
