I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls
Interview
I sat at the hiring managers desk and she sat across from me. She didn't really ask me that many questions. I used to work for the company before so that may be the reason as to why she didn't ask me about fashion or customer service skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Victoria, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
They have a book the manager can read off of and get some questions but it was a very relaxed and more 'about me' interview. I was intervening for a manager position so it was really more about my experience and capability. I also had a phone interview with the DM which was very in depth but I never felt uncomfortable. It was all very professional.
